Two of my books —The Art of Crossing Cultures and The Art of Coming Home, now each in new editions—have become classics in the intercultural field, while Speaking of India has become the go-to resource for westerners and Indians working together in face-to-face and virtual/offshore partnerships.

Understanding the World’s Cultures, the 20th anniversary edition of the classic Figuring Foreigners Out, has become the curriculum for numerous university courses in intercultural communications, as well as being used for its original purpose: a do-it-yourself cross-cultural workbook.
